Nota is the most compact professional espresso machine in the collection. It is ideal for small bars and cafes, dedicated to the espresso coffee professional and the most discerning coffee enthusiasts who want to have at home or in their office the absolute maximum they can ask for from a compact espresso machine.
Nota is a 1-group professional espresso machine featuring a thermosiphon supply system, a raised E61 "Levetta" brewing group, a 3-liter copper boiler, and water supply options via a 2.8-liter reservoir with a capacitive level sensor or direct water line connection. It is equipped with a commercial-grade rotary pump for coffee extraction, automatic boiler refill, an air-cooled motor pump, copper boiler and piping with brass fittings, a protective thermostat for the heating element, separate pressure gauges for boiler and pump pressure, and easy boiler pressure adjustment essential for different coffee origins and blends.
Optional Features:
Lever operated taps, walnut wood kit (portafilters, lever, and knobs or handles), white portafilters, black or white portafilters, E.S.E. pod or capsule adapter, and cold touch steam and hot water wands with internal Teflon coating.
Aesthetic Options:
Available with standard satin steel side panels and rear frame, glossy glass side panels (Black or White), matte painted metal (White, Black, Retro Light Blue, and Rust Brown), walnut wood side panels, or the Limited Edition finish (super mirror steel with satin textured sides).

Radiofonica is the new and latest born professional Orchestrale coffee machine. It is the entry machine of the collection for its preferential price due to the fact that we have optimized its production in a single available automatic version with 2 raised E61 groups, Joystick taps, with programmable portion control, double gauges for 11 liter boiler and pump pressure control, automatic boiler water loading, air-cooled motor pump, copper boiler and pipes, brass pipe fittings, satin stainless steel AISI 304 frame and painted in different color options

Phonica is a professional espresso machine dedicated to the life of Ray Charles. Designed to recall the iconic vintage microphones of an unforgettable era, Phonica serves as a tribute to the legendary, irreplaceable voices of the 20th century that will forever mark the history of music.
The Phonica coffee and cappuccino machine is available in automatic and semi-automatic versions, featuring standard and raised E61 groups (1 group, 2 group Compact, 2 group, and 3 group). It includes programmable volumetric dosing (automatic versions only), dual pressure gauges for boiler and pump control, manual and automatic boiler water filling, a water-cooled motor pump, a copper boiler and piping with brass fittings, and a body crafted from polished super mirror and satin finish AISI 304 stainless steel with methacrylate details.
Optional Features: Electric cup warmer, mixed hot water outlet, raised groups, external motor pump, cappuccino or milk frothing wand, counting system, serial interface for external connection, walnut wood kit (portafilters and knobs), white portafilters, and custom aesthetic options.

Etnica TT Display (Top Touchpad) represents the evolution of the Etnica Display, equipped with a top mounted touch pad above the groups and tap controls.
On these professional coffee machines, the alphanumeric display allows for programming functions such as auto power on or off schedules, cup warmer operating temperature, water softener regeneration alerts, and auto steamer temperature settings. Additionally, it displays operating and fault diagnostic alerts, coffee cycle counters per group and overall totals, working boiler temperature, and boiler pressure.
