What we use and why
For enquiries, Leasing and Service requests, we use the information you provide: full name, phone, email, VAT number, region, business name and address, equipment choices and request details. You may attach a photo to a Service request. Avoid faces, documents, passwords or details unrelated to the fault. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed for the corresponding function; without them the request cannot be completed.
Leasing and optional VAT number lookup
The configurator uses your model and choices to display a quote and email it to you, with a copy to ESPRESSOR. Generating a quote is not an automated financing approval or creditworthiness assessment. If you choose “Find business details”, your VAT number is sent to the AADE business registry service and available business details, such as name and address, are returned. You may also enter these details manually.
Orders and customer accounts
When you place an order or create an account, the contact, delivery, billing and order details you provide are used to fulfil your request and provide access to customer account functions.
Legal grounds
Preparing a quote, handling an order and providing Service rely on steps you request before a contract or performance of that contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Keeping legally required records relies on legal obligations (6(1)(c)). Site security and necessary business correspondence rely on legitimate interests (6(1)(f)), subject to your rights. Optional cookies rely on your consent (6(1)(a)). Requesting a quote or Service does not subscribe you to advertising messages.
Who may receive data
Access is limited to people who need to handle your request and necessary hosting, forms and email providers, primarily the Wix platform. Details may be shared with partners needed to fulfil an order or technical work and authorities when required by law. If you open WhatsApp or another external link, that provider’s own privacy policy also applies.
International processing
Wix and its providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Wix explains processing locations and transfer mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, in its privacy policy and sub-processor list. Contact us for information about safeguards relating to your data.
Retention
Enquiries, Leasing or Service requests that do not lead to a business relationship are kept for up to 12 months after the last communication. If a relationship starts, relevant details are retained as needed to fulfil the contract and applicable tax or other legal obligations. A specific legal claim may require longer retention of strictly necessary information. Account data is retained while the account is active; deleting an account does not delete records that must legally be retained.
Cookies and your choices
CookieYes manages cookie preferences. Necessary cookies support core functions and security. Optional categories include functional, analytics, performance and advertising cookies. In the cookie panel, you may reject all optional cookies or choose categories. Reopen it using the “Cookie settings” icon to change your choice. The panel lists recorded cookies, their purposes and durations by category. The site includes Google Analytics and Meta Pixel tools, classified as analytics and advertising respectively.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent for future processing without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Email info@espressor.eu to exercise your rights. We normally respond within one month, subject to GDPR conditions and exceptions. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
